Arnold Arena was rocking for a conference showdown between Labette County Community College. The Theme was a pink out night for Breast Caner Awareness. The Hounds lead the whole way and never looked back.

The first set was a nail bitter with the Hound's Edging the Cardinals 25-23. The second set started out well for the Hounds who went out to a 12-6 lead. The Cardinals bounced back but the Hound's held on to the victory in set #2. The third set started with the Hounds in control. A few service errors and some unlucky breaks for the Hounds let the Cardinals creep back into the fight. FSCC Ultimately won the third set 25-21. The game finished with a perfectly executed serve that resulted in an Ace by Kyla Brandes.

Fort Scott was led by Kyla Brandes with 9 kills and 7 digs. Amber Anderson was with 8 kills and 9 digs. Hailee Schroop had a great defensive game and finished with 14 digs. Avery Crain put on a show dishing out assist, she ended the night with 28 and 5 digs.

The Hound's Sit in 7^th place in the conference with a 12-13 record overall. They sit at 3-5 in conference play.

The Hounds next game will be at Highland on the 18^th of October.
