We would like to congratulate Sam Navarro on being named Central Region Athlete of The Year by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association.

Sam Navarro was named a 2 time All-American at the NJCAA National Indoor Championships. Him and his team of Logan Major, Jonathan Asmerom and Eldad Mulugeta earned a second-place finish in the DMR. Sam also earned a second-place finish in the 1000M with a time of 2:26.61.
