The Cowboy Stampede is sanctioned by the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association. The NIRA includes 11 national regions, and FSCC participates in the Central Plains Region, which features 28 colleges and universities from Kansas and Oklahoma, totaling more than 500 regional competitors.

The Men's team brought home some more hardware. The Men's Rodeo Team have been 1^st place in all three of the NIRA sanctioned rodeos.  The Hounds are ranked number 1 in the Central Plains Region with 1200 points. John Allen is ranked 3^rd in Saddle Bronc. In Bareback Quintonn Lunsford, Bryce Eck and Dylan George are all ranked in the top 3.

The Results are as follows for the Cowboy Stampede:  Quintonn Lunsford was 1^st place in Bareback with Bryce Eck finishing 4^th place. Saddle Bronc Blake Steuck finished 1^st with John Allen placing 3^rd. We had a 3^rd place finish in Team Roping with Karter Miller and Kobey Miller teaming up.

The FSCC Rodeo Team is headed to Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva OK for their next chance to bring home to hardware. They will be heading to Alva this weekend. We wish them the best of luck for another 1^st place finish.
