Las Vagas, NV. - The Golf Coaches Association of America has announced the 2023 Mark Laesch Awards recipients. Teams in each division were recognized based on improvement in adjusted stroke average per round from the previous season (denoted in parenthesis below). 

DI: Wagner (16.63)

DII: Winston-Salem State (94.6)

HBCU: Winston Salem State (94.6)

DIII: Virginia Wesleyan (29.94)

NAIA: Lindsey Wilson (9.47)

NJCAA DI: Fort Scott (3.13)

NJCAA DII: Hesston College (5.82)

Fort Scott Golf is also ranked in the top 30 in the country before entering the last month of its season. Coach Jeff Tadtman states, "This is a testament to the sophomores for setting the foundation for the freshman. The chemistry they have built shows the progression they are continuously trying to achieve, and it is paying off. I could not be more proud of them."
