Andrew Morrow is entering his third season as an assistant coach for the Greyhounds. He serves as the recruiting coordinator and hitting coach while defensively working with the outfielders and catchers. He also oversees the strength and conditioning for the Greyhounds.
Coach Morrow played at Fort Scott from 2016-2018 as a leftfielder and DH. His sophomore class was the most successful to come through Fort Scott, accumulating 79 wins over their two seasons. During his sophomore campaign he went on to become the 4th All-American for the Hounds, as well as earning First-Team NJCAA Region VI, KJCCC-East MVP, and first team All-KJCCC accolades.
After graduating from Fort Scott, Morrow accepted a scholarship to play Division 1 baseball at Michigan State University as a corner infielder and DH. There he completed his Bachelor’s Degree and his Kinesiology Master’s Degree in Sport Coaching and Leadership.
Coach Morrow is a native of Omaha, Nebraska. Where he graduated from Creighton Preparatory High School and was a 2-year letterwinner in both baseball and football, winning a state championship in baseball and runner-up in football.
