
Baseball Finishes Fourth before KJCCC Tournament
FORT SCOTT, Kan. (May 6, 2024)— The Fort Scott Community College baseball program finished 39-17 during the regular season and 19-13 in conference play. This is an increase in wins by four. The Hounds obtained 39 wins after defeating Neosho over the weekend three games to one. Johnson County won the regular-season title, going 46-10 this season.
FSCC will host Neosho in a three-game series on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with all games played at 1:00 PM. The team that wins two games will move on to the quarterfinals in Wichita, KS, from May 14-19 in a double-elimination style tournament. The winner of the FSCC and Neosho series will face off in a single-game against Hutchinson and Labette on Wednesday, May 14th, at 1:00 PM. You can find the bracket below.
