Congratulations to Coach Hamm on her first collegiate win as Head Coach as the Hounds takedown the Larks 3-0.
Arnold Arena was at capacity as Hounds Battled the Hesston Larks. The game started with a close 25-20 in set one. The second set the Hounds found their stride with a 25-11 win. Set 3, the Hounds came out strong with a 20-8 lead. The Larks fought hard to come back with the final in the third set going to the Hounds 25-16.
The stars of the game were Bailee Morgan finishing with a career high 12 kills and 6 digs, Mia Steelmon with 9 kills and 6 digs, Chloe Reynaud with 16 digs and setting everyone up was Mariah Hess with 24 assists.
The Hounds hope to carry their momentum going in to the next match against Bismarck State College in Iowa on Friday September 2. The Hounds will return to another packed Arnold Arena on Monday September 5th with a matchup against Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College starting at 6:30.
