Introducing Trisha Hamm as the Head Coach For FSCC Volleyball

Trisha Hamm is entering her 2nd year at FSCC for the Greyhound Volleyball program.


In high school, Hamm played for Girard High School, went on to play for Fort Scott Juniors volleyball and then played at FSCC under Lindsay Hill. "I wouldn't be where I am without Lindsay. She taught me so much about the game but also how to be a coach."


Hamm came to Fort Scott after serving as an assistant coach at Bethany College. During her first year, she helped lead the Swedes to a 24-7 record. While in college, Hamm worked at YMCA as Volleyball Event Staff and worked the club tournaments.


Trisha graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wichita State University with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management in 2019 and a minor in Exercise Science. "I am so excited to be back at FSCC to be the Head Volleyball Coach. I can't wait for the upcoming season to start!"


Athletic Director Luke Demko says this about Coach Hamm:


"We are excited to have Coach Hamm Back at the Helm for Volleyball Team. We know she will bring is great Student athletes to the college. Coach Hamm is knowledgeable and passionate about the school and the program! We can't wait for the season to start!"


She resides in Fort Scott with her husband, Lane Hamm, and their two kids, Asher (2) and Sadie (4 months).
