The season came to an end Saturday in the District M Championship match for the Greyhounds, but they picked up some big post season honors on Tuesday.
The KJCCC DII coaches met on Tuesday to nominate and vote for KJCCC All-Conference and All-District honors. The Greyhounds came out with some very worthy honors.
Mickey Trimble, sophomore setter from Platte City, MO, was named KJCCC Co-Most Valuable Player, First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District M.
Sophomore RS from Ottawa, KS, Brette Moore, was named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District M.
Megan Turner, freshman OH from Dallas, TX, was named Second Team All-Conference and Second Team All-District.
Katie Gorman, freshman L from Fort Scott, KS was named Honorable Mention All-Conference and Second Team All-District.
