The Hounds Softball Team will be the 5th seed in the upcoming Plains B D2 District softball tournament. They will be facing Neosho Community college sitting at the 4th seed. First pitch is at noon.
This is the first time that Softball has made the tournament since 2009.The Hounds have put on an impressive show this year as the went from 12 wins last year to an impressive 29-16 Record.
We would also like to congratulate Paiten Reavis who was named a Second Team All-Conference Player. Reavis who hit .331, swiped 42 bags, and had 20 RBI's. The Honorable Mention players were Julia Paisley, Ally Bartley, Halle Hance and Maddie Cole.

Bartley- .276 BA. 18 RBI
Hance- .298 BA, 16 SB, 10 RBI
