FSCC Baseball sweeps Baker JV Monday at home.
In game one, the Greyhounds secured the victory thanks to six runs in the fourth inning, led by Mitch McCallister, Cole Solomon, Carter Young, and Colton Rexroad. Kyle Smith had his first outing of the season, pitching three inning for the win. He allowed zero runs on two hits, striking out five and walking zero. Tanner Lnae threw two innings in relief. The Hounds totaled eleven hits on the game in five innings winning 10-0.
Game two was led by Hampton Hall, who had two homeruns and five RBI's. Grant Goldston, Sean Moore and Andrew Morrow also contributed one homerun. Shane Scott tallied the win, allowing three hits and one run while striking out one and walking zero. Kobie Schmitt got the save. The Hounds tallied 13 hits in the game, winning 12-1.
The Greyhounds play host to Labette County on Thursday, game times set for 1pm and 4pm.
